SPECIALIZED TRAINING
Each year received specialized Georgia Criminal Defense Law training in the latest statutory and case law in the area of child molestation defense. Am a member of GACDL (Georgia Criminal Defense Lawyers)

EXPERTS
In a child molestation case, the client will often need “expert” witnesses to “prove” their case. These “expert” witnesses are paid directly by the client and are essential for a successful defense. Such experts may include, but are not limited to:
Polygraph Examiner – Gary Lancaster
Our polygraph examiner is located approximately ½ mile from our office. Mr. Lancaster has 35 years of experience in the area of polygraph examinations and is a retired Lt. Col. From the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s office.
Forensic Interviewer
More often than not, when a child makes an “outcry” to a third party of an alleged act of child molestation, then the police get involved, make an arrest, and then conduct a subsequent video taped interview upon the child. Often, the person conducting the interview is untrained or inadequately trained to do so, thereby eliciting answers from the child that are not the full truth or are simply “untruthful”. This is where an expert in this area comes into play. An expert in the area of forensics interviewing techniques upon children are crucial in determining whether the child is being lead down a “truthful” path or an “untruthful” path in helping with your defense.
